About Lost Lakes

Lost Lakes Coffee Roasters is a small-batch, fair-trade specialty coffee roasting company based in Central Oregon. We roast single-origin beans sourced from named farms across the world's coffee-growing regions, then rest and ship them fresh to your door. Our shop sits in the high desert east of the Cascades, where cold mornings and fog on the water shape how we think about a good cup of coffee.

This app is our digital storefront — a place to browse the current seasonal harvest, read each coffee's origin story, explore flavor and roast profiles, and order whole-bean coffee for delivery anywhere in the United States. Every offering lists the farm, region, altitude, harvest date, and processing method behind it, so you always know exactly what is in the bag.

Lost Lakes is built for people who treat their morning coffee as a small ritual — campers, early risers, pour-over devotees, and anyone who prefers quiet, honest coffee over noise. It is built and roasted by a small team in Central Oregon.
